Sodium Hypochlorite and Biocide
As part of our soft washing process, we use professional-grade treatments such as sodium hypochlorite (hypo) and biocide solutions to achieve a deep and long-lasting clean. Sodium hypochlorite is highly effective at breaking down organic growth like algae, moss, and lichen, quickly restoring the appearance of exterior surfaces.

TFR and Pre Wash
As part of our cleaning process, we use professional pre-wash solutions and traffic film remover (TFR) to effectively break down heavy dirt, grime, and road film. These treatments are specially designed to loosen stubborn buildup, allowing for a deeper and more thorough clean.
The pre-wash works to soften and lift surface contamination, while TFR targets oily residues and traffic-related dirt often found on driveways, render, and external surfaces. This ensures that when the area is rinsed or pressure washed, the results are far more consistent, leaving a cleaner, brighter, and longer-lasting finish.
